Eviction Defense Project (Milwaukee)





Legal Action of Wisconsin's Eviction Defense Project (EDP) is court-based, FREE legal aid for low-income tenants in Milwaukee County who are facing eviction.  The EDP is located at:

Milwaukee County Court House
901 N. 9TH ST., Room 406

Hours: 12:00PM-3:00PM 

Mondays and Thursdays

At the EDP, eligible clients can obtain FREE legal aid with their evictions, including:
• Brief legal advice 
• Settlement assistance
• Document drafting
• Some representation in court
