Client Income Eligibility Guidelines

When people have civil legal problems that we can handle (see the Areas of Law & Special Projects), and when we have lawyers available to take those cases, our clients usually have gross income that is less than 125% of the federal government's povery level.

However, there are some exceptions -- especially for people who are working and for domestic abuse victims.

If your income is higher than the chart, but you are struggling financially, we strongly encourage you to contact us anyway so that we can understand your whole circumstances.  (All information about your income is always kept confidential.)
